5. Confidentiality of personal data
The Company does not disclose to third parties or distribute personal data of Users without their consent, except for cases provided for by federal law.
When specifying or with consent, it is possible to transfer the User's personal data to third-party organizations that are members of the COULSTAR holding company in which the subject of personal data is expected to be employed, subject to the acceptance by such organizations with obligations to ensure the confidentiality of the received information.
6. Duration of processing of the personal data
Data provided by the User is processed indefinitely, or until the User does not withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data, or refuses to send information, or until the termination of the Site.
7. Rights of the subject of personal data
The subject of personal data has the right to send a request to the Company to receive information concerning the processing of his personal data in accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation «About Personal Data».
