Today, in one of the promising areas of the Beisk coal deposits, in the Mairykhsky mine was mined the millionth ton of coal. The head of Khakassia took part in the solemn event organized on the mine site of the enterprise. Mr. Victor Zimin thanked the entire labor collective for their contribution to the development of the republic’s economy and congratulated them on an important production result.
Mairykhsky, Arshanovsky and other new open-pit mines of the Beysk coal deposit are young enterprises with great potential. This is one of the points of economic growth in Khakassia. And in order for this potential to be unlocked, it is necessary provide the intensive development of railway transport infrastructure. It is necessary to build bridges, stations, second tracks, tunnels on the southern course of the Trans-Siberian Railway. And the support of the federal center in solving this task has become one of the most important results of the work of the delegation of the republic at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum. It is important that as a result, Khakassia will receive not only multibillion-dollar investments, additional revenues to the budget, new jobs, but also the solution of environmental safety issues, taking into account the transfer of the main freight traffic volume to the railway. We have special environmental requirements. For me, as for the head of the region, this is a principle position. As the comfort and safety of republic’s residents depends on the environmental component, — noted Mr. Viktor Zimin in his commentary.
При этом Глава Хакасии особо подчеркнул важность того, что являясь молодым предприятием, Майрыхский разрез сегодня для многих может служить примером в части проведения природоохранных мероприятий. Речь идёт и о работе очистных сооружений, и о мероприятиях по озеленению территории. А также об участии предприятия в решении вопросов по ремонту и обслуживанию автомобильных дорог.
Отдельно Виктор Зимин отметил, что на Майрыхском разрезе уже желают проходить стажировку выпускники из крупных профильных вузов из других регионов.
— К предприятию проявляют интерес крупные федеральные университеты. В частности, свою заявку уже направил старейший и престижнейший горный университет Санкт-Петербурга на стажировку и трудоустройство своих выпускников, — пояснил Виктор Зимин.
В этом году на Майрыхском разрезе ставят цель добиться очередного увеличения объёмов производства 1,5 миллиона тонн угля.
— Сегодня на разрезе трудится около 200 человек. Но уже в следующем году численность рабочих мест и специалистов, задействованных на производстве, будет увеличено до 400, — поделился планами директор угольной компании «Разрез Майрыхский» Виктор Козьмин. — И очень важно, чтобы на предприятии был задействован кадровый потенциал республики, в том числе Алтайского района. Впереди много новых задач, в решении которых мы готовы к конструктивному взаимодействию с республикой.
At the same time, the Head of Khakassia emphasized the importance of the fact that today the Mairykhsky mine being a young enterprise can serve as a model for different enterprises in terms of environmental protection measures. We are talking about the work of wastewater treatment facility, and the activities for landscaping the territory. And also about the participation of the company in resolving issues of roads repair and maintenance.
Separately, Mr. Viktor Zimin noted that graduates from large specialized universities from other regions already want to undertake an internship at the Mairykhsky open pit mine.
Large federal universities are interested in the enterprise. In particular, its application has already been sent by the oldest and most prestigious Mining University of St. Petersburg for training and employment of its graduates.
This year, the goal of the Mairykhsky open pit mine is to achieve another increase in production volumes for 1,5 million tons of coal.
Today, about 200 people work in the mine. But next year, the number of jobs and specialists involved in the production will be increased to 400
And it is very important that the personnel potential of the republic, including the Altai region was involved in the enterprise. There are many new tasks ahead, in the solution of which we are ready for constructive interaction with the republic.
